I like to get straight to the heart of the issues we are mediating and work hard to keep your clients on task as we seek a resolution of the issues. The attorneys I mediate for are able to submit summaries and proposals to me in advance in order to let me hit the ground running toward a settlement. I will review the materials in advance, and I do not charge your clients for this service.

Qualifications
We all know the power of expertise and experience. I have the expertise and experience in family law to help your clients understand the reality of what they face in court versus what they can negotiate in mediation.
I have also been trained in Collaborative Divorce, which as you know, provides an approach that involves ongoing settlement negotiations until a resolution is reached. This training provides me with additional skills as a mediator. When you use me as your mediator you can trust that you are using a mediator who has the experience and negotiating skills necessary to bring your case to a successful resolution.

Format
Flexible, efficient and convenient. The use of Zoom has made us all more effective. I typically use Zoom for all mediations because it provides a secure and integrated ability to place attorneys and their clients in a confidential break out room.
I also offer in-person mediations, if you feel it is necessary in order for us to improve the chances of a resolution. There is no additional fee for in-person mediations or for travel time.
