Zoom Mediations
Zoom has become the new format for family law mediations. I use it because it allows me to conduct safe, secure and private mediation sessions in caucus format. Each attorney and client will be in their own private breakout room and a separate meeting room can be set up for the attorneys and the mediator to consult together.
These seamless online mediations respect your busy schedule and allow you to be more productive during your waiting time.
I also offer in-person mediations, if you feel it is necessary to reach a settlement in your case.

Our office currently uses Zoom, a secure and confidential video conferencing platform, to facilitate hassle-free online discussions. We can caucus during mediation, with each attorney and their respective client working in their virtual “break-out” room, ensuring private and focused conversations. Experience seamless online mediations that respects your busy schedule and guarantees the privacy of your discussions!
I also offer in-person mediations, if you feel it is necessary to reach
a settlement in your case.

I conduct in-person mediations when you think it is necessary to promote the settlement of your case. In-person mediations can be held in one of the attorney’s office, or in mine, if need be.
